Role Description

The Senior Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role involves guiding clients through the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry and showroom consultations to product selection and closing sales for high-end custom interiors. The Senior Sales Consultant will prepare tailored proposals, present design and product options, and collaborate closely with design and operations teams to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a personal sales pipeline, maintaining detailed records in CRM tools, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also includes delivering exceptional in-person customer service, handling follow-up communications, and actively contributing to showroom merchandising and local marketing initiatives.

  • Demonstrated expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting for premium or design-focused products.
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with a track record of building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication abilities, including active listening, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Previous experience in furniture, interior design, luxury retail, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
  • Proven ability to work toward and achieve ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced showroom environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects at once.
  • Availability to work on-site in the London Area, including weekends and peak retail hours as required.
