Senior Sales Consultant | Luxury Boutique | West London | Up to £36k + Commission

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join an established luxury boutique in West London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished luxury sales professional who combines exceptional service with a strong commercial mindset. You will work within an elevated, highly client-focused environment, delivering a personalised and memorable experience to an established luxury clientele.

This is more than a traditional sales role. You will be expected to operate as a trusted style advisor and personal shopper, understanding your clients, their lifestyle and wardrobe needs, and developing long-term relationships that consistently translate into repeat business.

The Role

  • Deliver an exceptional personal shopping and styling experience, confidently building complete looks and offering considered, personalised recommendations.
  • Drive individual sales and KPIs, maximising ATV, UPT, conversion and every commercial opportunity within the boutique.
  • Build, manage and continuously develop a strong client book, creating long-term relationships with local, international and high-value clients.
  • Proactively drive clienteling and outreach through CRM, appointments, follow-ups, new arrivals and product launches to generate repeat business.
  • Act as a true luxury ambassador, providing a seamless client journey from the initial conversation through to purchase and after-sales service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
