We're now opening a brand-new store at Resorts World Birmingham and are looking for passionate, driven, and experienced Senior Sales Consultants to join our founding team.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves retail, thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences, and is ready to take on more responsibility by inspiring and supporting those around them.
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you'll be more than a sales expert. You'll be a role model on the shop floor, helping drive performance, coaching teammates, and bringing the adidas brand to life every day.

What You'll Do
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional consumer experience while helping the wider team achieve store goals.
You Will
- Deliver world-class customer service and create memorable experiences for every consumer
- Lead by example on the shop floor, demonstrating exceptional selling and service skills
- Drive sales performance by identifying opportunities and supporting the team to achieve store targets
- Act as a brand ambassador, bringing the adidas values and culture to life through every interaction
- Coach, support, and motivate team members to deliver their best performance
- Share product knowledge and best practice to help develop colleagues and strengthen team capability
- Support with deliveries, replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining excellent store standards
- Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and respected
- Take ownership of your own development through training, feedback, and continuous learning
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to deliver an outstanding store experience

Lead by Example
Support newer team members on the shop floor, sharing your experience, coaching selling techniques, and helping create confidence across the team.
Drive Results Together
Identify opportunities to maximize sales, support key campaigns, and contribute to creating an exciting, engaging shopping experience for every visitor.
Keep Operations Running Smoothly
Assist with replenishment, product availability, and maintaining a premium store environment so customers can always shop with ease.
Learn and Grow
Take advantage of training opportunities, develop your leadership skills, and prepare yourself for future career progression within adidas.
Who You Are
- Experienced in retail, ideally within sports, fashion, lifestyle, or a customer-focused environment
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people and building relationships
- A natural role model who inspires positive behaviors and supports team success
- Commercially aware with an understanding of sales targets, KPIs, and store performance
- Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn and develop
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about sport, fashion, and the adidas brand
