Job Title: Senior Sales Consultant
Location: Bermondsey Street
Brand: Stirling Ackroyd
Salary: £35,000 (OTE) per annum
Hours:
- Monday - Thursday 8.45am-6.00pm
- Friday 8.45am-5.00pm
- Saturday 10.00am-4.00pm
You will receive a half day in lieu when required to work on a Saturday.
Contract Type: Permanent
Please note that for this role, you must hold a full UK driving licence.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Sales Negotiator/Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven property professional looking to further their career within a successful and growing estate agency. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the overall success of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Generating and converting valuation opportunities
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, purchasers and applicants
- Providing vendors with regular updates, feedback and market advice
- Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
- Working closely with mortgage advisers and other internal departments to maximise business opportunities
- Assisting with property listings, including ensuring marketing details are accurate and appealing
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where required
- Updating and maintaining the CRM/database
- Always delivering excellent customer service
- Working towards and exceeding individual and branch targets

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented, professional and confident
- Strong knowledge of the residential property market
- Target-driven, highly motivated and commercially aware
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ambitious, resilient and proactive
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
