About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, omnichannel Senior Sales Coordinator to join our close-knit team. Reporting directly to the Directors and Brand Manager, this role is key to leading and synchronizing our sales operations across all brand touchpoints—driving e-commerce growth, managing wholesale account lifecycles, and monitoring performance at our London flagship store.

This role requires a commercially minded, proactive candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience who can balance strategic digital growth with hands-on operational leadership. If you are a pragmatic problem solver who thrives taking ownership in a small, dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Digital Strategy (Primary Focus)

  • Drive Online Sales: Lead the day-to-day e-commerce strategy on Shopify, optimizing user journeys, SEO, and CRO to maximize conversion rates and revenue goals.
  • Digital Merchandising & Trading: Oversee the digital calendar, product uploads, promotional campaigns, exclusive drops, and site visual merchandising.
  • Stock & Fulfillment Leadership: Oversee e-commerce inventory levels, stock syncs across channels, order fulfillment, and direct-to-consumer logistics.
  • Analytics & Growth: Analyze digital performance metrics regularly, preparing seasonal sell-through reports and presenting strategic insights to the leadership team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
