What you'll be doing

  • Integrate customers by assisting with license registration, entitlement activation, support access, and initial value planning.
  • Conduct needs assessments to align customer workloads with NVIDIA software libraries, frameworks, reference architectures, and platform capabilities.
  • Collaboratively define and track success metrics tied to business outcomes, workload performance, adoption health, and renewal readiness.
  • Promote adoption and growth across NVIDIA AI Enterprise, Run:ai, Mission Control, NIM, NeMo, NVIDIA Agent Toolkit, CUDA-X libraries, DGX OS, Omniverse/Physical AI, vGPU, and associated software.
  • Coordinate field teams, solution architects, support, product, engineering, partners, and customer collaborators to remove adoption blockers and accelerate time to value.
  • Lead customer health reviews and executive readouts that connect technical adoption to measurable customer outcomes.
  • Capture repeatable adoption patterns and customer feedback to improve enablement, support quality, and the overall customer experience.

What we need to see

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8+ years working in customer success, technical account management, solution architecture, professional services, support leadership, or enterprise software deployment.
  • Customer-first approach with a genuine passion for helping customers achieve their goals and delivering outstanding experiences.
  • Technical curiosity and agility, with eagerness to learn emerging AI technologies and stay current in a rapidly evolving landscape.
  • Strong technical foundation across AI/ML concepts, accelerated computing workloads, cloud/on-prem infrastructure, and NVIDIA software.
  • Consultative engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for diverse collaborators.
  • Experience managing complex customer relationships across technical users, business owners, executives, partners, and support teams.
  • Strategic perspective gained from experience in AI, accelerated computing, high-performance computing, cloud, or enterprise software settings.
