We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven sales professional to play a key role in Fulcrum Care’s next stage of growth.
This is a hands-on sales role with real ownership. You will work directly with senior leadership, build relationships with care operators, investors, lenders, funders, and other senior stakeholders, and take opportunities from the first conversation through to signed agreement.

- Direct access to senior decision-makers across the care and investment sector.
- The opportunity to shape new routes to market, partnerships, and referral channels.
- A broad service proposition that addresses real operational, regulatory, and commercial challenges.
- The autonomy to influence commercial strategy and directly contribute to business growth.
The role:
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business, developing strategic relationships, and delivering agreed revenue targets.
You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to proposals, negotiation, and closing, while maintaining strong CRM, pipeline, and forecasting discipline.
Success will be measured through revenue generation, qualified pipeline, conversion, and long-term commercial relationships.
Key responsibilities:
New business and sales

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
