About the Company
Dandelion Civilization develops an AI-powered platform for talent assessment, employee development and human capital management. By combining digital simulations, behavioural analytics and AI, we help organisations make better hiring decisions and build data-driven employee development programmes. We are expanding our international commercial team and are looking for an experienced prospecting professional who can consistently create qualified enterprise sales opportunities.
About the Role
The Senior SDR / BDR is responsible for building qualified pipeline through systematic outbound business development. You will independently identify high-value accounts, reach senior decision-makers, develop relevant outreach approaches and convert initial conversations into qualified commercial opportunities. This role requires more than high outreach volume. We expect strong account research, commercial judgement and the ability to understand a prospect's business context before involving the Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritise target accounts and decision-makers
- Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies
- Conduct calls, LinkedIn outreach and personalised email campaigns
- Engage CEOs, HR Directors, Talent leaders, L&D leaders and other senior stakeholders
- Conduct initial discovery and qualify business opportunities
- Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified meetings
- Develop account-specific messaging and outreach approaches
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility
- Test and improve prospecting approaches based on results
- Share customer, market and competitor insights with Sales and Product teams

What We're Looking For
Experience
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, Business Development or outbound B2B sales
- Proven experience generating qualified opportunities rather than only leads
- Experience communicating with senior business decision-makers
- Enterprise SaaS, HRTech, EdTech or B2B technology experience is an advantage
- Experience with international markets is highly desirable
Skills
- Strong outbound prospecting and qualification skills
- Excellent business communication
- Ability to research accounts and personalise outreach
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and pipeline creation
- Confidence conducting initial discovery conversations
- Experience with CRM and modern sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, Apollo or similar
- Strong self-management and activity discipline

- AI should already be integrated into your sales workflow.
- We expect confident use of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and other AI platforms for account research, prospect preparation, personalised outreach, market analysis and sales workflow automation.
- Experience building simple AI assistants or automated prospecting workflows is a strong advantage.

- Exceptional spoken and written English
