Build the Pipeline Behind the Next Generation of AI Search
We’re partnering with one of London’s fastest-growing AI startups at a hugely exciting point in its growth journey.
The business operates at the forefront of the rapidly emerging AI Search revolution, helping some of the world’s most ambitious brands understand, measure, and improve how they appear across AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity.
As AI fundamentally changes the way people discover information, products, and brands, this business is building the technology that allows companies to understand what that means for their visibility and how to stay ahead.
Following significant early growth, they’re now looking for a high-performing Senior SDR to join the GTM team and take ownership of generating pipeline across Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.
The Opportunity
You’ll be a key player in the next phase of commercial growth, owning the top of the funnel and helping turn some of the world's biggest brands into customers.
You’ll combine strategic account targeting, high-quality outbound, and commercial creativity to open doors that traditional prospecting approaches can't.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Building qualified pipeline across Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts
- Owning outbound prospecting across cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
- Researching and strategically targeting high-value accounts
- Building account maps and multi-threading into complex Enterprise organisations
- Identifying and engaging senior decision-makers, including VP and C-suite stakeholders
- Creating, testing, and optimising multi-channel outbound sequences
- Qualifying opportunities using frameworks such as MEDDIC and BANT
- Working closely with AEs, SDR leadership, and Marketing on strategic GTM campaigns
- Tracking your performance and constantly looking for ways to improve conversion
- Sharing insight from the market and helping evolve the wider outbound strategy
- Contributing to the SDR playbook, processes, and messaging as the team scales

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why This Role?
AI Search is changing the way consumers discover businesses, products, and information.
As platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity become increasingly important discovery channels, brands are having to rethink what visibility and acquisition look like.
This business is building the technology to help them do exactly that.
For the right SDR, this means joining at a point where there is huge potential to grow with the company.
You’ll have the chance to build a strong Enterprise sales skillset, work closely with senior GTM leaders, influence the outbound playbook, and position yourself for progression as the commercial team expands.
If you’re an ambitious SDR who wants to get closer to Enterprise selling, work in AI, and be part of building something rather than simply inheriting a process, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
