Department Mission Statement
Come and Meet the Head of Sales for an overview of the team and insight into how we sell.
What you’ll do
- Identify, prospect and source new leads based in specific industries, across a range of company sizes and geographic areas.
- Build and maintain a healthy outbound pipeline through cold calling, emailing and effective follow ups, focusing on meaningful conversations and companies that have problems we can solve.
- Convert leads into opportunities by scheduling qualified prospects for product demonstrations with our Account Executive team.
- Work with Sales leadership to make impactful change and improvements to our UK outbound strategy, with the opportunity to lead and manage the function further down the line.
Your skills, behaviours and values
- You have at least 3 years of experience working in a B2B Outbound Sales role, with a focus on cold outreach.
- You have a proven track record with outbound selling, being able to demonstrate previous success.
- You bring a high level of enthusiasm to work every day and have a relentless work ethic.
- You have excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via other channels.
- You have a natural curiosity and understand the importance of great questioning.
- You believe in your selling ability, and you can handle objections effectively.
- You have familiarity with core sales CRM’s and business software, e.g. Apollo, HubSpot, Google Suite, Slack, etc.

Salary & Benefits
The base salary is £42,000 + £12-15,000+ OTE. Our commission structure is uncapped!
The other elements of your compensation include: 23 days off (increase with tenure) plus the UK bank holidays, £50 monthly gym contribution, pension contribution, a MacBook Air, private health care option, remote working over Christmas and during the summer period, up to 5 days holiday-buy-in-scheme, drinks and snacks provided at our new modern workspace next to Elephant & Castle underground station.
And you’d probably like to know that we have a hybrid working model (8 days a month in the office minimum) but it is an open door so feel free to come in more if you'd like! Please note that for the first month you will be required to come in full-time 8.30am-5.30pm. The Sales team are currently required to be in the office on Mondays and Thursdays.
