But there is more to it â our work culture is award winning, with talented people that are committed to driving impact, while having fun together. We're proud of our track record of success, but we're even more excited about what the future holds for us.

So however you identify and whatever background you bring with you, please apply if this is a role that would make you excited to come into work every day.
đOur Values: What We Live By
- Start With People - We remember our work affects real people, so we take the time to listen, understand and act with care.
- Own It, Together - We take responsibility for our part, support each other through the messy bits, and focus on fixing things rather than finding blame.
- Clear Is Kind - We speak honestly and with care. We donât avoid difficult conversations, and we make sure people have the clarity they need to move forward.
đ„Why This Role Is SO Important:
Weâre looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to help scale our Partner New Business sales motion across the Partnerships Channel. This is a high-visibility hunter role for someone who thrives on opening doors, breaking into new accounts, and building relationships across target partner segments.
As one of our first SDRs dedicated to the partnerships channel, youâll play a key role in shaping how we engage prospects across the HR consultancy segment and new industry verticals. Youâll work closely with marketing and sales to influence our outbound playbook, strengthen our tech stack, and create more high-quality partner pipeline for the business.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Letâs be clear from the start: this isnât a passive SDR role. Youâll be the person driving new partner conversations, opening up opportunities, and helping shape how we win in the channel. You are the hunter, the relationship builder, and the commercial engine behind new partner acquisition.

Iâm in my final year doing Economics and I donât know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer â it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donât need a masters. Letâs look at the ones youâd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet â that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
