Senior SDR / Sales Development Representative (SDR) – AI SaaS

London City Centre | £40,000–£50,000 Basic + Equity | £80,000–£90,000 OTE

If you're a top-performing sales professional looking to join a high-growth business operating across AI, SaaS and the rapidly evolving search landscape, this is an exciting opportunity.

We are recruiting for a rapidly scaling AI startup looking to add high-performing Outbound SDRs to its London team, helping businesses adapt to the changing ways customers discover and research brands online.

The role

It’s a fast-paced, high-reward outbound sales environment where you will target major enterprise brands. You will build your own pipeline, sell an innovative AI SaaS product, and work closely with the founding team as the business continues to scale.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Executing strategic cold outreach and prospecting into major enterprise businesses
  • Building and managing your own sales pipeline for an innovative AI SaaS platform
  • Engaging C-suite executives and senior marketing decision-makers to book high-quality meetings
  • Working closely with the founders and wider commercial team to develop outbound strategies

What we're looking for

We’re looking for proven, high-performing SDRs who are competitive, commercially driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You'll ideally have:

  • Over 12 months of experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, technology, MarTech or a similar environment
  • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Strong outbound and cold-calling experience
  • A desire to join an early-stage business and help build something
  • Willingness to work 5 days a week on-site in London
