About the Role

Ready to accelerate your commercial career by joining the operational backbone of the UK's fastest-growing e-commerce production & logistics brands? Profiles Creative is proud to recruit a Senior Sales Development Representative to fuel their next phase of exponential growth. Operating as a tech-enabled 3PL, manufacturing, and packaging powerhouse across divisions integrating AI and modern technology to redefine e-commerce infrastructure.

Based in Kent (just a 30-minute train ride from London Bridge or Charing Cross and a 5-minute walk from the station), this permanent, full-time hybrid role offers an incredible pathway for an ambitious professional to take complete ownership of their career progression, master modern RevOps, and scale alongside a rapidly expanding business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Intelligent Outbound Prospecting: Research and identify high-growth e-commerce and consumer brands matching the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), using data, buying signals, and modern sales tools to prioritise high-value outreach.
  • Systemic Outreach & Relationship Building: Design and execute personalised multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and social platforms, initiating authentic, script-free dialogues with founders and key decision-makers.
  • Discovery & Pipeline Development: Lead deep discovery conversations to uncover operational pain points, qualifying opportunities against commercial frameworks to secure high-quality meetings for the commercial team.
  • Community & Advocacy Cultivation: Establish and nurture a robust network of industry connectors, investors, and brand ambassadors, coordinating founder events and referral programmes that allow positioning as a trusted category leader.
  • CRM & Process Discipline: Maintain impeccable data integrity within HubSpot CRM, tracking all prospect interactions and pipeline activity to support precise forecasting and reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
