Job Summary
We are seeking a high-caliber, consultative Sales Development Representative to join a well-established leader in outsourced sales acceleration with over 15 years of proven success. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth for a key client specializing in automated SaaS systems for highly regulated industries. This is an urgent hire for a professional who can navigate complex conversations with Tax and Accountancy stakeholders, translating technical automation into business value. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct approximately 50 targeted outbound calls per day to senior decision-makers within the Accountancy and Tax sectors
- Consistently generate 10+ high-quality outbound opportunities per month to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Act as a consultative partner to prospects, understanding their regulatory pain points and introducing automated SaaS solutions as the remedy
- Manage all lead generation activity, tracking, and reporting within Salesforce
- Collaborate with the wider team to refine messaging based on market feedback and proven internal methodologies

Requirements
- Significant experience as an SDR, specifically within SaaS or automated systems
- Proven track record of selling into or working within regulated backgrounds (e.g., Tax, Accountancy, Legal, or Finance)
- Exceptional communication skills with a professional and articulate phone presence
- Ability to work UK GMT hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
- Previous experience in an outsourced sales or agency environment
- Knowledge of UK tax regulations or accounting workflows
- Experience in lead nurturing and long-cycle consultative selling
