About Oxbridge Maths Tutors
Oxbridge Maths Tutors is a specialist maths tuition agency serving families across the UK. We teach one subject, and we teach it exceptionally well — from primary and 11+ preparation through GCSE and A-Level, to Oxford and Cambridge admissions.
Every one of our mentors is an Oxford or Cambridge mathematician who has been through the admissions process themselves. That standard is the heart of the business, and it is what sets us apart in a crowded market of generalist agencies.
We are growing quickly and are now building out our commercial function. This is a senior role at the front of how families and schools discover us.
The Role
You will generate and qualify the opportunities that drive our growth. Working directly with the founders, you will open conversations with schools and families, identify where we can genuinely help, and book the consultations that turn into long-term clients.

What You'll Be Doing
- Running outbound outreach to independent schools, sixth forms, education consultants and referral partners
- Responding to and qualifying inbound enquiries from parents, quickly and with care
- Booking consultations and handing over well-prepared, genuinely qualified opportunities
- Building and maintaining a clean, well-organised pipeline
- Researching target schools, regions and referral channels to find new sources of families
- Feeding back what you hear from the market to shape our messaging and positioning
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record in sales development or business development, ideally in a premium or consultative setting — private education, professional services, wealth management or similar
- Confidence opening conversations with senior professionals, school leaders and affluent families
- Excellent written communication — your outreach will be many people’s first impression of us
- Sound judgement in sensitive conversations; parents are discussing their child’s future
- Self-motivation and organisation, with the discipline to work independently
- Knowledge of the UK independent school system or university admissions is a strong advantage
