Senior Sales Development Representative

Location: Birmingham (hybrid/flexible)

Salary: £26,000–£32,000 DOE + £12,000–£15,000 OTE

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to join a high-energy, target-driven sales team focused on generating new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, opening doors in new markets, and working closely with marketing and sales colleagues to build a strong pipeline.

You will be one of the first points of contact for prospective customers, representing the business with confidence, curiosity, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through outbound prospecting
  • Identify and qualify opportunities across target accounts
  • Communicate with prospects via phone, email, and other digital channels
  • Meet and exceed weekly KPIs and sales targets
  • Work closely with the Marketing team and wider Sales function
  • Build strong relationships with prospective customers and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • 18–24 months’ experience in a similar sales or SDR role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand customer challenges and position value-led solutions
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and self-motivated
  • Ambitious mindset with a desire to progress and develop
