Senior Sales Director – Omnicom

Location: London | Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Salary: Up to £100,000 base + £50,000 OTE

We are partnering with a fast-growing global AdTech business looking to hire a Senior Sales Director to lead its commercial growth across Omnicom Media Group in the UK.

The Role

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone with a strong track record of selling digital advertising, data, programmatic or technology solutions into OMD, PHD and the wider Omnicom network.

The business already has a strong global footprint and a proven omnichannel platform, but the UK opportunity is still relatively untapped. They are looking for someone who can open doors, build strategic relationships and create meaningful revenue from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a commercial strategy across OMD, PHD and the wider Omnicom group
  • Develop relationships across planning, investment, programmatic, data, technology and senior leadership teams
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across agency and brand clients
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial meetings through to negotiation, close and renewal
  • Help navigate supplier onboarding, commercial partnerships and preferred-partner conversations
  • Work closely with internal account management, trading and product teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting and CRM discipline
  • Represent the business at agency meetings, events and relevant industry forums

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
