Senior Sales Director, up to £200,000 Base + Bonus + Benefits, West London (with Hybrid working), Amazing growth company with extremely strong business model.
Overview of the Senior Sales Director:
Over the last several years this company has gone from strength to strength and are now considered to be one of the leaders in their market vertical. Due to continued business growth the board has decided that the business now needs to recruit its first Senior Sales Director/Revenue Officer, so this is a brand-new position within the group.
Whilst the company has grown extremely well in the last few years, there is much to do in this new role. Initially the this position will have a balance of being both strategic and operational, so the ideal candidate will be comfortable in leading from the front to help drive sales operations to the very next level and through time the position will become more and more strategic.
This particular organisation works and partners with some of the world’s best known global technology product companies however they have recently found strong success in the Business Process Outsourcing space so the successful individual will help develop the sales teams to really drive new business sales to positive conclusions in its UK, European and US markets.

Initially the Senior Sales Director will look to build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing and key stakeholders within the business (this will help in knowing what the longer term focus will look like). You will then look to really become involved in how the sales & marketing operations & process are currently running i.e., what’s good, what’s not etc which will allow you to support the sales teams and wider business to drive forward to its next level.
Reporting directly to the CEO the this individual will inherit a team of 3 direct reports (Marketing Director, UK Sales Director and European Sales Director) and these 3 reports currently have a wider team of 14.
This really is a once in a lifetime opportunity to help come into an already performing business to help positively drive it to the very next level.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have proven experience of business sales success in the UK, European and US Markets
- Have strong People Management experience (you will need to be comfortable getting employees buy in and driving a positive change with them)
- Be a Natural Leader (you will be firm and fair and understand that to get the best out your teams)
- Push boundaries and have a clear vision of how you are going to achieve success
- Be a Mentor, Coach and Trainer to get Sales Operations running to its optimum i.e. helping them get deals over the line as there is plenty of opportunity already within the business.
- Have strong commercial acumen (you will be able to see the short-, medium- and long-term picture)
- Be as strong strategically as they are operationally.
- Build true business partnerships (both internally and externally)
- Be comfortable being hands on when needed i.e. Client Visits and helping lead successful sales bids to a positive conclusion.

In return for your services, the Senior Sales Director will be rewarded with a very attractive base salary of up to £200,000 + bonus + benefits.
