Senior Sales Director - London
Lead the team. Own the number. Build the engine that keeps winning after you leave the room.
Position Summary
Dynata is the trusted data partner behind many of the UK's leading Corporate Brands - a business built on data quality and long-term relationships. We're looking for a UK Sales Director to lead a talented, UK-based sales team, drive profitable and sustainable growth across a defined portfolio of customers, and help shape how we go to market in the Corporate vertical.
This is a role for a sales leader who thinks in sales systems, not just quotas: someone who can install real pipeline discipline across a team, turn clients into a repeatable source of business and referrals, and get AI-enabled tools genuinely adopted, all while coaching a team through a period of real transformation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that hit revenue targets across your portfolio, consisting of Corporate Brands.
- Identify market opportunities and lead initiatives to expand client portfolios.
- Be a visible face of Dynata in the market and across the business - prioritise client-facing time, get the team in front of customers, and lead from the front on events, conferences and key relationships.
Pipeline Health & Revenue Operations
- Own pipeline health across the team - clear stage-gating, accurate forecasting, and early visibility on risk and opportunities.
- Champion the adoption of AI and CRM across the team - for research, prospecting, meeting prep and proposal work, so reps spend more time selling and less time on admin.
- Monitor performance metrics and run a continuous-improvement rhythm that catches problems early, not in the QBR.
Client Engagement & Referral Growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers, personally engaging on the most strategic relationships.
- Ensure the team delivers exceptional client service and value-added solutions that turn satisfied clients into active advocates.
- Build a systematic referral and introduction engine across the team - treating warm introductions as a core pipeline source, not a nice-to-have.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing sales team through a fast-paced, transformation-heavy environment.
- Set clear goals, coach consistently, and foster a culture of accountability, curiosity and success.
- Develop each seller through structured 1:1s, capability assessments and personalised development plans.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
