Our Client

Our client is a global technology and infrastructure provider serving the financial services industry. They are seeking a senior commercial leader to drive growth across the capital markets ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Win new business and expand relationships across a portfolio of target financial markets clients - banks, broker-dealers, trading firms, exchanges and fintechs
  • Grow revenue within existing accounts through renewals, upsell and cross-sell
  • Develop strategic partnerships (e.g. technology, cloud and market data partners) to generate pipeline
  • Lead sales cycles end-to-end, coordinating internal stakeholders on solutions, commercials and delivery
  • Contribute to proposals and RFP responses
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts and activity records in the CRM

About You

  • Significant experience in technology sales/business development within financial services or capital markets (e.g. trading infrastructure, connectivity, market data, SaaS or cloud-based solutions)
  • A strong track record of exceeding targets and closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
  • An existing network among decision-makers at banks, broker-dealers, trading firms, asset managers and/or exchanges
  • Ability to engage credibly at C-level and translate technical solutions into clear business value
  • An entrepreneurial, energetic self-starter mindset suited to a high-growth environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English
