  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Consumer Industries across the UK & Ireland, building a sustainable, scalable growth plan aligned to company objectives

  • Grow our largest strategic accounts through executive sponsorship, multi-year account planning and consistent value realisation

  • Lead new-logo acquisition against a clearly defined ideal customer profile, generating and converting a healthy new-business pipeline
  • Communicate and align strategy across UiPath's Eco System of GSI's, Focus Partners, and Technology and Academic alliances to extend customer impact
  • Head up monthly & quarterly business review cadence with account sponsors, to track progress on priorities and targets. Establish reference accounts
  • Create a culture of high performance, with a focus on measurable talent development, inclusion, wellbeing, fun and representing UiPath values in every interaction with customers, partners and colleagues
  • Remain at the leading edge of a fast-paced innovation in AI/Automation to ensure UiPath provide thought leadership to impact our customers' mission-critical business challenges today and tomorrow
  • Ensure a psychologically safe environment for your team, based on the servant leadership principle

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
