About The Company
A fast-growing technology company is redefining how organisations protect digital assets across blockchain and financial ecosystems. The business provides advanced solutions that help financial institutions, digital asset companies, fintechs, and enterprises identify, assess, and reduce cyber risks across both decentralised and traditional finance.
About The Role
We're looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business growth and expand strategic customer relationships. This role combines consultative enterprise sales, relationship management, and a strong understanding of Web3, digital assets, cybersecurity, and financial technology.
Working closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Solutions teams, you'll develop go-to-market strategies, manage complex sales cycles, and position the platform as a critical part of customers' security and risk infrastructure.
Core Responsibilities
- Business Growth: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across blockchain, fintech, financial services, and enterprise organisations.
- Client Engagement: Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers including executives, product leaders, security teams, and compliance stakeholders.
- Strategic Sales: Develop account plans, manage a healthy pipeline, and consistently achieve revenue targets through consultative selling.
- Sales Execution: Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from initial discovery through to negotiation and close.
- Product Expertise: Clearly communicate both the technical capabilities and commercial value of the platform, working alongside technical specialists where required.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Solutions teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging customer challenges within blockchain, digital assets, cybersecurity, and financial technology.
- Industry Representation: Represent the business at conferences, customer meetings, and industry events while helping strengthen the company's market presence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
