We are hiring a Sales Engineer to join an advanced agentic AI platform dedicated to the construction industry.

Built in Abu Dhabi, this platform streamlines critical decision making across massive project lifecycles by deploying intelligent AI agents that reason over complex data. Working alongside top master developers and project owners shaping the region's largest programs, this company is now scaling its technology to the global infrastructure market.

Discover the Role

As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as the technical front line across every commercial opportunity. Sitting alongside the sales team in client meetings, you will:

  • Lead technical discovery
  • Run live platform demos
  • Answer architecture and AI queries
  • Manage RFP responses
  • Scope proof of concepts

You will act as the technical credibility in the room, translating client data stacks into clear integration plans that demonstrate immediate value.

  • Partner with commercial teams on active deals from initial discovery through committed engagement
  • Lead technical discussions explaining how the platform connects to tools like Autodesk ACC, Procore, Primavera, Oracle Unifier, and internal data lakes
  • Run tailored live technical walkthroughs focused directly on specific client pain points
  • Own RFP and technical questionnaire responses end to end, collaborating with product, engineering, and security teams
  • Scope proof of concepts, define success criteria, design technical setups, and manage the handoff to the engagement team
  • Build reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and integration guides to accelerate sales velocity
  • Capture recurring technical objections to create clear internal FAQs for the commercial team
  • Translate client feature requests and technical requirements directly back to product leaders

Discover the Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience in sales engineering or technical presales within enterprise software or AI
  • Deep technical knowledge of enterprise architecture including APIs, integrations, identity, data residency, and security reviews
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI tools, frontier models, and agentic workflows
  • Proven ability to hold credible technical conversations with client CIOs, CTOs, and heads of architecture
  • Demonstrated track record running technical discovery and scoping proof of concepts for complex client environments
  • Excellent written communication skills for creating compelling RFP responses and architecture diagrams
  • Strong presentation skills with comfort speaking directly to senior C-level stakeholders
  • Experience in construction tech, AEC software, or large infrastructure domains is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with enterprise construction environments and Arabic language skills are a plus
  • Must be willing to work on site in the UAE with regular local client visits
