We are looking for an energetic and passionate Senior Sales executive to work with with the sales manager and General manager on driving sales forward.
The ideal candidate should be passionate, creative, organised and should be motivated to help manage the all incoming enquiries and drive new business to the site.
The Role
Senior Sales Exec
Support sales manager in delivering the sales strategy with a view to increasing organic and pre-booked revenue, via pro-active and reactive sales.
The role requires you to be self-motivated, a strong planner, good communicator with the ability to multi-task and you must have great attention to detail.

- Handling reactive booking requests, maximising conversion and improving the guest experience
- Liaising with the Managers & venue team on key bookings and enquiries.
- Management of booking system
- Proactive selling and upselling to prospective & confirmed bookings.
Event Management:
- Ensure all required materials are present for the event to run smoothly
- Communicate the details to the management team
- Meet and greet the coordinators ensuring everything is as agreed
- Follow up with guests to ensure they are satisfied
Sales and Marketing:
- Maintenance and development of relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify key businesses in the area and update this on a regular basis.
- Maintain social media- facebook, twitter and Instagram, increasing followers and posting material in line with company and brand.
- Ensure onsite marketing material is building the brand and sales

Skills and attributes
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Eager to learn and develop
- Energetic and passionate to deliver great experiences
- Previous Experience with Designmynight / Collins would be preferred but not essential
- Capable of prioritising own workload and self-motivated
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of clientele and colleagues
- High level of professional presentation with a friendly and welcoming personality
The role will be primarily Monday to Friday on site, present to deal with enquiries and assist with the management of the events.
