About the Role

Kontinium is looking for a driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced sales professional from the umbrella industry to take the next step in their career, with a strong base salary, and uncapped commission taking on-target earnings.

Salary & Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development, building a strong pipeline of clients within the umbrella and contractor market
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Consistently meet and exceed agreed sales targets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, recruitment agencies, and contractors
  • Represent Kontinium professionally in all client-facing and industry activity
  • Report accurately on pipeline, forecasts, and sales performance

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' sales experience within the umbrella industry — essential
  • Demonstrable, provable record of achieving and exceeding sales targets — essential
  • Strong new business development and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
