Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive who consistently delivers against ambitious sales targets and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a confident relationship builder with a consultative approach to sales, excels at developing new business and managing key client accounts, and is motivated by achieving outstanding results while supporting the wider success of the sales team.

We're in the live events business, which means in-person events are our core. This translates to our company culture and this role requires the candidate to be in the office five days a week at our London HQ. This in-person environment fosters agility. Being together allows our team to make quick decisions and adapt to the constant changes in our industry.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue for the business through consultative selling, business development, and relationship building. You will manage key client accounts, identify new business opportunities, and play a key role in achieving the sales team's revenue targets while supporting the wider success of the department.

Your role will involve:

  • Driving personal sales performance: Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive business development, consultative selling, and effective pipeline management.
  • Managing and grow key client relationships: Build, develop, and maintain strong corporate and individual client relationships, identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Supporting the sales strategy: Contribute to the delivery of the sales strategy by identifying new business opportunities, sharing market insights, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve team objectives.
  • Maintaining accurate sales reporting: Keep CRM systems up to date, manage sales forecasts, and provide visibility on pipeline activity and revenue opportunities.

Skills & Experience

While qualifications are highly regarded, we appreciate the value of diverse experiences. You don't need all of them, but they could include:

  • Experience in a senior sales or business development role
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities while managing a healthy sales pipeline
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs)

Target compensation package

£30K - £40K + share options + benefits. Final offers may differ from the target compensation package, taking factors such as experience level and skill set into consideration.
