Drive sales performance while helping others succeed

Are you an experienced property sales professional ready to take the next step in your career? Do you have strong knowledge of shared ownership and affordable home ownership, alongside the confidence to support colleagues, handle complex cases and drive high standards across a sales team?

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our Sales team. Alongside managing and converting your own portfolio of sales enquiries, you’ll provide senior-level support to the Sales Manager and wider team, acting as a departmental specialist and helping us consistently deliver against our sales, customer and compliance targets.

You’ll work across new-build shared ownership, resales and staircasing combining hands-on sales delivery with coaching, performance insight, complaints resolution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage sales enquiries across new-build shared ownership, resales and staircasing properties
  • Follow up leads and manage your pipeline to maximise conversion and achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Deliver against key performance measures including sales targets, response times, lead generation, conversion rates and customer satisfaction
  • Manage affordability assessments alongside Financial Advisers and support allocation processes with Local Authorities in line with Section 106 requirements
  • Maintain accurate CRM records from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, open days and virtual tours, providing customers with detailed information about developments and properties
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the buyer journey, maintaining regular and transparent communication
  • Work closely with Sales Progressors, solicitors, mortgage advisers and purchasers to keep transactions moving within agreed timescales
  • Act as a departmental specialist for shared ownership, resales, and staircasing processes
  • Deputise for the Sales Manager when required, supporting the day-to-day coordination of team activity
  • Provide guidance, mentoring and informal coaching to Sales Executives, helping to build knowledge, capability and consistency across the team
  • Assist the Sales Manager with sales reporting, forecasting, pipeline summaries and performance analysis
  • Champion compliance with relevant policies, procedures and legislation, including Anti-Money Laundering, Data Protection and the New Homes Quality Code

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
