Location: Field Based with 2 days per week at Three Swans, Market Harborough (with UK travel as required)
Hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends
Salary: From £36,000 per annum
About The Role
We're looking for a motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our Sales & Events team at Coaching Inn Group.
You'll play a key role in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings for weddings, meetings, conferences, private events and venue-led experiences across our hotel portfolio. Working closely with our hotels, you'll deliver an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry through to handover while identifying opportunities to maximise revenue.

What You'll Do
- Convert wedding and event enquiries into bookings.
- Conduct venue show rounds and prepare tailored proposals.
- Build strong relationships with couples and corporate clients.
- Drive sales for meetings, private events and local venue events.
- Identify upselling opportunities to maximise revenue.
- Work with hotel and marketing teams to promote events.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain accurate booking records.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in hospitality, hotel or events sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- A proactive, sales-focused mindset with great attention to detail.
- A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
