Role Requirements:
- Win new business with banks and financial institutions across UK and Continental Europe working alongside the Global Head of Sales
- Excel as an individual contributor owning the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to close
- Navigate long, complex enterprise sales cycles with senior decision-makers
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven enterprise SaaS sales experience with banks or financial institutions
- Consistent record of meeting and exceeding personal quotas, dealing with long complex enterprise sales-cycles
- Familiarity with treasury, collateral management, intraday liquidity, and risk
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven hunter mindset with strong ownership of results
- Curious about AI, DLT, tokenisation, and evolving market infrastructure
- Strong listener, comfortable with ambiguity, and collaborative across global teams
