Job title: Senior Sales Executive (Managed Services Experience)
Job type: Perm/Full-time
Location: Livingstone, Scotland (fully onsite with some flex)
Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven senior sales executives to spearhead growth. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managed services sales, with a proven track record of success and be able to demonstrate this with proof. This role encompasses the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, and requires a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including canvassing, cold calling, social media, and other marketing activities.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless transition to the service delivery team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and positioning our services as optimal solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic sales approaches and identify emerging opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and service delivery, to align efforts and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts using our CRM system.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years in a sales role within managed services.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Solid understanding of managed IT services and the ability to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Highly driven with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks.
