Media Sales Executive | Shoreditch, London | Up to £40k base, £60–70k OTE (uncapped) + uncapped commission

We're working with a fast-growing, family-run out-of-home (OOH) advertising company, one of the UK's leading names in billboard media, to find their next Media Sales Executive in Shoreditch. They've got hundreds of billboards across the country and a client list that runs from ambitious local businesses right up to household-name brands, and they're growing fast. Out of home is one of the most resilient, high-impact ways for any business to be seen by thousands of people every day, and your job is to help them do exactly that.
The role
A true hunter and closer seat. You'll own a territory, sniff out untapped business, get in front of decision makers and close high-value billboard campaigns. Day to day that's high-volume cold calling, email and social outreach, booking your own meetings and building a pipeline against monthly, quarterly and yearly targets. You won't be doing it alone: you'll get a database of warm contacts and inbound leads to work alongside your own prospecting, plus in-house Marketing and Design teams to help you build pitches that win.

You might be a fit if you've got
- 1–3 years+ of B2B sales with a genuine new-business, cold-calling edge (whether that's media, recruitment, estate agency, telecoms, SaaS or another target-driven sales floor)
- A real track record of hitting and beating targets, with the numbers to back it up
- Resilience, drive and a competitive streak, you love the activity and the close
- Confident, articulate communication with decision makers at any level
- CRM experience (HubSpot a plus)

Media or OOH experience is a bonus, not a must. If you can sell and you're hungry, they'll teach you the product.
