About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and driven Senior Sales Executive, with proven media sales experience, to join a fast-growing global online wellbeing, fertility and parenting media platform based in Chiswick, West London.
If you have 3+ years' experience in media, publishing, advertising or partnerships sales, ideally selling integrated media and content campaigns, we'd love to hear from you!
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative, female founder-led company and take your career to the next level. You'll work across a global portfolio of brands and agencies, developing new business while managing and growing existing client relationships.
The role will focus on selling creative, integrated media and content partnerships across the fertility, wellbeing, pregnancy and parenting sectors, alongside opportunities to develop commercial partnerships for our growing suite of products and services.
About You
The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, confident, creative, highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through to pitching, negotiation, closing and account development.

Key Responsibilities
- Researching and identifying relevant global companies and prospective clients
- Proactively reaching out to new prospects and generating new business
- Building and nurturing relationships with brands, agencies and partners
- Managing and developing existing client relationships, including renewals and upsell opportunities
- Selling integrated media, content and partnership campaigns
- Developing creative, strategic proposals aligned to client objectives
- Negotiating campaign pricing and closing commercial opportunities
- Managing opportunities and activity through the CRM
- Working towards and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Liaising with fertility clinics, fem-techs, wellbeing, fertility, pregnancy and parenting brands and media companies
- Developing commercial opportunities / campaigns alongside our creative team, for the company's growing products and services
- Selling subscriptions for our AI-driven Influencer Matching Platform
- Developing relationships with media and affiliate agencies
- Contributing strategically and creatively to sales pitches
- Attending relevant exhibitions, conferences and industry events, including occasional international travel

Required Experience
- 3+ years' proven experience in media, advertising, publishing or partnerships sales
- Proven outbound sales and new business results are essential
- Experience selling integrated media/content campaigns is highly desirable
- Experience managing client relationships and a sales pipeline
- Strong commercial, pitching and negotiation skills
- Experience working to and exceeding sales targets
