Sales Executive – Hospitality Financial Services
£60k–£65k basic | £120k–£130k+ OTE
Hybrid | London field-based | London office approximately once every two weeks
An established outsourced financial services provider is seeking a commercially driven Sales Executive to win new business and support growth across the restaurant and luxury hospitality sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in hospitality to build a strong industry network, develop trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and play an important role in shaping a growing sales function.

An accountancy and outsourced financial services firm with a long-standing reputation among restaurant and hospitality businesses. It provides bookkeeping, accounting and outsourced finance support to restaurants, bars, hotels and hospitality groups across the UK. Its reputation has been built through specialist sector knowledge, trusted relationships and an understanding of the commercial challenges facing hospitality operators.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full new-business sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation and close.
- Generate new business through outbound activity, networking, referrals and relationship building.
- Develop trusted relationships with hospitality operators, founders, CEOs and CFOs.
- Represent the business at industry events and increase its visibility across the sector.
- Work closely with accountants and client service teams to deliver a first-class customer experience.
- Help develop the sales approach, messaging and UK sales playbook.

Essential Experience
- Proven experience building relationships with restaurants, bars, hotels or hospitality groups' business owners and decision-makers.
- Success in new-business B2B sales, generating opportunities through outbound activity, networking, referrals and relationship building, ideally within restaurant and hospitality businesses.
- Experience owning and managing full sales cycles, from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation and close.
- Evidence of building trusted relationships with founders, hospitality operators, CEOs, CFOs and other senior decision-makers.
- Experience contributing to a developing sales function, including improving sales messaging, representing a business at industry events or helping establish scalable sales processes.
