Role Description
The Senior Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Milton Keynes, responsible for driving sales growth across Scott Parnell Ltd’s product range and key sectors. Day-to-day, this role involves:

The Senior Sales Executive will:
- Prepare quotations
- Respond to enquiries
- Provide product guidance that aligns with project specifications and timelines
They will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and high levels of customer service. The role also includes:
- Monitoring market trends
- Contributing to sales strategies
- Representing the company professionally at meetings and industry events
Qualifications
- Strong B2B sales skills, including account management, new business development, and negotiation.
- Knowledge of groundworks, civil engineering, or construction materials, with the ability to interpret project requirements.
- Customer relationship management skills, including consultative selling and providing independent product advice.
- Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with clear and professional written and verbal abilities.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including managing multiple enquiries, quotations, and deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and order processing tools).
- Proven experience in a senior sales or key account role, ideally within construction, engineering, or related industries.
- Ability to work independently on-site, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and represent the company in client meetings.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to visit customer sites when required.
- Relevant education or training in sales, business, or construction-related disciplines is an advantage.
