We are currently expanding our internal sales function due to an exciting period of growth and are looking for an experienced Sales / Diary management professional to join the team based at our Bolton Office.

The Role

This position is at the heart of our sales process. You’ll be the first point of contact for new prospects - qualifying inbound enquiries and proactively reaching out to potential leads to assess their needs. By understanding customer requirements, you’ll help identify genuine opportunities and pass them through to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively outbound call and follow up with potential leads.
  • Qualify prospects against set criteria to ensure they are a good fit.
  • Nurture relationships by providing helpful information and excellent service.
  • Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Managing and coordinating the diaries of our field-based BDMs, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently and aligned by geographic location. This includes matching clients with the appropriate BDM for their area, optimising travel time, and ensuring all meetings are accurately planned, communicated, and run smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimise lead generation and conversion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
