Peratera is a UK-based fintech company, founded in 2022 and authorised by the FCA as an Electronic Money Institution. We are building a modern, all-in-one payment platform that enables businesses to manage global payments and financial operations seamlessly.
Our solution allows companies to open multi-currency accounts, send and receive payments worldwide, and manage cross-border transactions from a single platform. Our mission is to simplify global finance and remove friction from international business operations.
Your Mission
As a Senior Sales Executive - Digital Assets / Crypto, you will be responsible for developing Peratera’s business across the regulated digital assets ecosystem. You will originate and close opportunities with crypto exchanges, digital asset businesses, institutional trading companies, and other relevant businesses requiring reliable fiat banking and global payment infrastructure.
This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong digital-assets network who understands both traditional payment infrastructure and the requirements of crypto businesses.
What You’ll Do
- Originate and close new business across the digital assets and crypto sector
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of prospective clients
- Develop relationships with decision-makers at exchanges, institutional digital asset businesses, trading firms, and other relevant companies
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation, closing, and onboarding
- Identify opportunities for multi-currency accounts, FX, global payouts, and relevant payment solutions
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity reporting within the CRM
- Work closely with Compliance and Operations throughout client assessment and onboarding
- Represent Peratera at major international digital asset and fintech events
- Build long-term commercial relationships and identify opportunities to expand client revenue
- Meet and exceed individual revenue and new-business targets

What We’re Looking For
- Significant B2B sales experience within digital assets, crypto, payments, banking, EMI, FX, or related financial services
- Strong understanding of the institutional digital-assets ecosystem
- An established network within crypto and digital assets
- A proven track record of originating and closing new business
- Strong understanding of fiat payment infrastructure, multi-currency accounts, FX, and cross-border payments
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle
- Strong commercial judgement and negotiation skills
- A proactive and hands-on approach to business development
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- Fluent English

Nice to Have
- Existing relationships with regulated crypto exchanges, institutional trading firms, liquidity providers, or digital asset businesses
- Experience selling fiat banking or payment infrastructure to crypto companies
- Understanding of stablecoin settlement, on/off-ramp infrastructure, and institutional digital asset flows
- Experience working across multiple regulatory jurisdictions
