Senior Sales Executive
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Executive with a strong track record of selling complex enterprise SaaS/software solutions and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
This is a new-business-focused enterprise sales role, responsible for developing strategic opportunities, engaging C-level decision-makers and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles through to successful closure.
The successful candidate will have experience selling sophisticated enterprise technology solutions into large organisations, ideally within BFSI or other regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new enterprise business across the UK and Europe.
- Build and develop a strong pipeline of strategic enterprise opportunities.
- Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closure.
- Develop relationships with C-suite and senior enterprise stakeholders.
- Sell complex SaaS/software solutions using a consultative, value-based approach.
- Develop high-value enterprise opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Work closely with Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Customer Success, and senior leadership.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning.

What We're Looking For

- 12+ years' enterprise software/SaaS sales experience.
- Strong track record in new business and enterprise sales.
- Demonstrated history of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling complex enterprise software/SaaS solutions.
- Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives.
- Experience managing lengthy, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong consultative, strategic, and value-based selling skills.
- Experience selling into BFSI and/or other large regulated organisations is highly desirable.
- GRC experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Operational Resilience, or adjacent enterprise technology is beneficial.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven.
