Role Description
The Senior Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Evans Halshaw dealership in Corby. The Senior Sales Executive will manage the full sales cycle for new and used vehicles, from initial customer contact and qualification through test drives, negotiation, and closing sales.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

- Engaging showroom and online enquiries
- Building strong customer relationships
- Maintaining detailed product knowledge across multiple brands
- Presenting tailored finance and insurance options in line with company policies
- Achieving individual and team sales targets
- Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
- Coordinating with service and administration colleagues to support a seamless customer experience
- Contributing to showroom presentation and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in automotive or retail sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Confident communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities in both face-to-face and telephone interactions.
- Good numerical and IT skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and basic MS Office applications.
- High level of personal integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment, manage multiple prospects, and prioritize workload effectively.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to work weekends and peak trading hours as required.
- Prior experience in the motor trade or dealership environment, and knowledge of vehicle finance products, is highly beneficial.
