Senior Sales Executive — Luxury Jewellery & Silver Boutique, Chelsea

£40,000 – £50,000 base + commission | Full-time, on-site

Luxury Recruit, part of Experts in Luxury Group, is leading a confidential search for a Senior Sales Executive on behalf of an independent, family-owned luxury house with a flagship boutique in Chelsea and ateliers internationally.

The house designs and hand-crafts fine jewellery and silver objets in sterling silver and 18ct gold — pieces bought as gifts, worn for decades and passed on. Clients are loyal, international and often ultra-high-net-worth. Many are returning collectors; some are commissioning one-of-a-kind pieces. The boutique is intimate, and the standard of service is closer to a private salon than a shop floor.

The Role

You will be a senior member of a small boutique team, responsible for a meaningful share of the store's turnover and for the client relationships that sit behind it.

  • Welcome, advise and sell to a discerning UK and international clientele, including UHNW individuals, families and their representatives
  • Build and actively work a personal client book: outreach, follow-up, appointments, private viewings, gifting reminders and occasion-led contact
  • Guide clients through the full range — jewellery, gifts, tableware and sculptural pieces — and manage bespoke and commissioned orders from first conversation to delivery
  • Deliver concierge-level after-care: engraving, care and cleaning, gift-wrapping, dispatch and returns handled personally and faultlessly
  • Maintain the CRM with discipline so that every client interaction adds to the relationship
  • Support the boutique manager with merchandising, stock integrity, opening/closing and, where appropriate, in-store events and client evenings
  • Act as an ambassador for the house in person and in correspondence — every email, note and call to the same standard as the boutique itself

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
