Senior Sales Executive – Luxury Boutique
Salary: £38,000 + Commission & Bonus
Location: Mayfair, London
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join a prestigious luxury fashion boutique in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and commercially driven luxury retail professional who thrives on delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, luxury shopping experience tailored to each client.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and proactive clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and KPI targets.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge and provide tailored styling and product recommendations.
- Support CRM activities and maintain accurate client records.
- Ensure the boutique is impeccably presented and reflects the highest luxury standards.
- Assist with stock management, inventory control, and online order fulfilment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve boutique objectives and drive overall business performance.

About You
- 2–3 years' experience in luxury or premium fashion retail.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Passion for luxury fashion and delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Proactive, organised and commercially minded.
- A positive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
