Job Description
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Sales Executive to own strategic sales initiatives, build high-value client relationships, and drive revenue growth in our Microsoft practice. This will include both hunting and farming, alongside close collaboration with our excellent Delivery and Marketing teams to help you make it happen.
This role is ideal for someone who likes to build, thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands complex ERP sales cycles, and can influence decision-makers at senior levels. Currently we sell a mix of Dynamics CE (including CRM and Power Platform) alongside some F&O optimisation projects, and your Microsoft sales background will align to one of these areas.
The role will involve some travel, both for team meetings, but more importantly to influence sales cycles – where your in-person communication skills will make a difference.
What Good Looks Like
- Your Microsoft sales quota is hit, or exceeded, across a balance of new business and existing clients. That can include cross-selling into our NetSuite base of clients, who may need a new CRM solution, or perhaps some Power Platform work.
- You sell consultatively and understand client needs and position NoBlue2’s solutions in a compelling, value-driven way.
- Pipeline is well-managed and CRM is kept up to date, with clear visibility into opportunity stages and next steps. You know how to qualify using MEDDICC and manage complex ERP sales cycles. You understand the importance of accurate forecasting.
- You work closely and effectively with other team members across pre-sales, consulting, and marketing.
- Clients feel informed and supported throughout the buying process. High levels of customer satisfaction in our install base, which you’ll help to coordinate as their Account Manager.
- Handover to delivery is smooth - expectations are clear and aligned across teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
