Senior Sales Executive, DACH (GetPaid)
Location: Germany
Team: Office of the CFO (OoCFO)
Language Requirement: Fluent German and English
About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive Lead to drive growth for our GetPaid solution across the DACH market (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). As part of the Office of the CFO (OoCFO) team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with senior finance stakeholders, and helping organisations modernise and optimise their finance operations.
This is a customer-facing sales role focused on generating new business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and delivering commercial success within the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition for the GetPaid solution across the DACH market.
- Build and manage relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Treasurers, and other senior finance stakeholders.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to negotiation and close.
- Develop territory and account strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across sales, pre-sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer challenges, market trends, and competitive dynamics within the finance technology landscape.
- Forecast accurately and maintain pipeline visibility through CRM tools.
- Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events, and executive engagements.

Required Qualifications
Must-Have Requirements
- Fluent German language skills (written and spoken).
- Based in Germany.
- Experience in enterprise sales or solution sales.
- Proven ability to manage complex B2B sales cycles.
- Experience selling into customers across the DACH market.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage with senior finance decision-makers.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling finance technology, SaaS, or Office of the CFO solutions.
- Existing network within the finance, treasury, or CFO community.
- Experience working with enterprise customers.

- A proactive and commercially driven sales professional.
- Comfortable engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
- Experienced in navigating complex sales environments.
- Able to identify customer needs and articulate business value effectively.
- Motivated by building market presence and driving revenue growth across DACH.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is €80,000-120,000 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
