Senior Sales Executive – Treasury & Capital Markets

Location: London, UK – Hybrid

Territory: UK & Nordics

Salary: £100,000–£120,000 base + OTE

Focus: New Business / New Logo

CAMAC Talent are partnering with a Global Treasury & Capital Markets technology provider that is investing significantly in its international sales organisation.

We're looking for a Senior Sales Executive to take ownership of new business across the UK and Nordics, selling complex, mission-critical technology into leading banks and financial institutions.

The Opportunity:

This is a high-impact individual contributor role for an experienced enterprise seller who wants genuine ownership of their market and the opportunity to build and develop a strategic territory.

  • You'll join a highly experienced leadership team with a strong focus on autonomy, development, and giving salespeople the support they need to perform at their best.
  • You'll have the backing of established Pre-Sales and Solution Consulting teams, an existing footprint across global banking, and the opportunity to win significant new logos across a strategically important market.
  • As the international sales organisation continues to grow, there is also genuine scope for career progression and increased responsibility within the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
