What You’re Responsible For…

We are hiring experienced, professional, and historically successful Senior Sales Executives with B2B account management / sales skills. This position is responsible for managing client accounts in the most efficient way to generate sales for the business. Responsibilities include:

  • Sales
  • Client relations
  • Implementation
  • Setting up meetings
  • Demos
  • Developing training strategies
  • Marketing packages
  • Marketing programs
  • Onboarding
  • Attending tradeshows
  • Networking
  • Communication
  • Product knowledge
  • Understanding and anticipating the client’s needs

You will manage the client’s business needs from start to close. You are expected to continually develop and maintain strong relationships with the client, making yourself available to handle inquiries and concerns. You are a Guru at developing and enhancing your ability to close sales, manage client and business objectives, and monitor performance.

In order to sell our services and solutions, you must be an expert on your customers business, and how data warehousing plays a core role in its success. Once you complete our compact training program you will have in-depth knowledge about our services, our team dynamics, our mission statement, corporate initiatives and goals.

Customer Service

Having a customer-oriented attitude is essential to succeed in this role. To generate new business and to maintain existing accounts, it is necessary you have the know-how to pinpoint the client’s needs and address them in the most concise way possible. Your ability to keep a clear line of communication with the client to ensure satisfaction, and anticipate any problems that may arise will eliminate issues and enable you to come up with a prompt and efficient problem resolution, if needed.

Administrative Duties

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for a multitude of administrative duties, such as keeping detailed client accounts that include contact information, order preferences, history and other pertinent details.
