Join our team as a Senior Sales Expert for our DELMIA Brand and help our clients to reach their full potential. This opportunity can be based in our Warwick, Cambridge, or Birmingham office.

DELMIA bridges the virtual and physical worlds of enterprise operations on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. From suppliers and logistics providers to plant floors and workforces, we equip industry leaders with the collaborative simulation, planning and execution solutions needed to transform complex value networks into competitive advantages.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Executive Leadership: Lead Customer Executive relationships and navigate complex client ecosystems to support large-scale enterprise and business transformations.
  • Industry Engagement: Partner with clients across key sectors, including Transport & Mobility, Industrial Equipment, High Tech, Life Sciences, Aerospace & Defense, and Marine & Offshore.
  • Territory Expansion: Drive new growth and expand our footprint across assigned territories within the EuroNorth region (Nordics, Baltics, UK, Ireland and Benelux).
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Establish and nurture trusted executive-level relationships (C-Suite and key stakeholders) across all operational layers of client organizations.
  • Value-Based Selling: Exceed targets by diagnosing key customer challenges, articulating clear ROI and negotiating value agreements.
  • Account Governance: Maintain robust account plans, accurately forecast revenue pipeline and serve as the dedicated "Voice of the Customer" within Dassault Systèmes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record in enterprise software solution sales (e.g., Supply Chain Planning, IBP, S&OP, APS, MES, MOM, ERP, or Manufacturing Engineering).
  • Strong domain knowledge in Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Ability to translate complex software capabilities and optimization algorithms into measurable business value.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing complex, end-to-end enterprise engagement cycles.
  • Outstanding communication, executive presentation and contract negotiation skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English
