Overview
We are looking for a passionate and commercially driven Senior Sales / Key Holder to join the REISS team at Bicester Village. As a key member of the store team, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales and supporting the management team in the day-to-day running of the store. You will lead by example on the shop floor, inspire your colleagues and ensure that every customer receives the premium service synonymous with REISS. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail professional who is confident taking responsibility, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine passion for fashion and customer service.
Responsibilities
Job Description As a Senior Sales / Key Holder, you will:
- Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience, building strong and lasting relationships with customers.
- Drive and maximise sales opportunities, consistently working towards and exceeding individual and store targets.
- Act as a brand ambassador for REISS, representing the brand's values and premium aesthetic at all times.
- Take responsibility for the store in the absence of senior management, ensuring the team remains motivated, commercially focused and customer-centric.
- Open and close the store, following all relevant security and operational procedures.
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising and high standards of presentation across the store.
- Support with cash handling and daily banking procedures where required.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of REISS collections, products, styling and brand heritage.
- Handle customer queries and resolve any issues professionally and efficiently when required.
- Ensure all company policies, procedures and health & safety standards are followed.

What You'll Ideally Have
- Previous experience in a premium, luxury or high-end retail environment.
- A strong track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets.
- A genuine passion for fashion, styling and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with a diverse range of customers.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how to maximise sales opportunities.
- The ability to lead by example and motivate others.
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence working independently and taking responsibility when required.
- Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and peak trading periods.
