About the Role

Join our dynamic Retail team as a Senior Sales Associate. In this pivotal role, you’ll support the management team, ensuring team motivation to meet targets and maintain a safe, efficient, and engaging store environment.

Who You Are

  • Previous experience supervising a team
  • Strong background in a customer-facing role, ideally in a premium or luxury environment
  • Ability to guide and coach others
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and decision-making abilities
  • Performs effectively under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Delivering premium, tailored customer service that exceeds expectations
  • Serving as a role model, inspiring the team with dedication, integrity, and warmth
  • Driving sales by monitoring KPIs and leading with top-notch service
  • Collaborating with store leadership to ensure the business plan is clearly communicated across the team
  • Providing in-depth brand and product knowledge to customers and the team
  • Actively engaging in store operational duties
  • Delivering team briefs and contributing to team meetings
  • Supporting store management with team development
  • Handling store opening and closing
  • Overseeing monetary transactions and till closure
