Why This Role Matters
As Senior Sales Lead, Tourism & Travel (EMEA), you'll report to Azira's EMEA sales leadership, based in Paris, and drive Azira's sales efforts across the Tourism & Travel vertical throughout the region. You'll own revenue strategy and execution with DMOs, hotels, brands, and their agency partners. This is a high-impact role centered on winning new business, growing existing accounts, and building strategic relationships around Azira's data-powered marketing and location intelligence solutions. Based in London, you'll take full ownership of your scope with real autonomy as we expand our EMEA presence, while collaborating closely with our established Paris team and regional offices around the globe. We're looking for someone with deep tourism and travel industry expertise, a strong network, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a genuine passion for helping organizations put data behind smarter marketing decisions. What You'll Do
- Develop deep expertise in Azira's products and value proposition, and position our solutions effectively across the EMEA Travel and Tourism market
- Identify, pursue, and close new business through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and consultative selling
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding each partner's objectives to deliver tailored solutions
- Grow and manage a healthy sales pipeline, with accurate forecasting and performance reporting
- Present and demonstrate solutions that align with customer goals, priorities, and marketing challenges
- Lead pricing discussions, negotiate terms, and manage contracts through to close
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global marketing, product, and client success teams to align strategy, share customer insights, and improve sales processes
- Share market trends, client feedback, and performance insights with sales leadership to inform go-to-market strategy
- Represent Azira at client meetings, industry events, and conferences to build relationships and raise brand presence

What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of sales experience in the tourism industry, with a focus on marketing, media, and data-driven solutions
- Proven success selling to DMOs and agency partners, with a strong existing network across the European tourism industry
- Strong background in media sales, ad tech, audience targeting, and measurement
- A consultative, solution-selling mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into business value
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with programmatic advertising, location-based marketing, or data-powered media solutions preferred
