Sales Manager – HPE Architecture
Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid
This role follows a non-negotiable 3-day hybrid working pattern. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Milton Keynes office.
About The Job
Are you a sales leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, driving growth, and turning strategy into action?
We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead the execution of our HPE Architecture growth strategy. This is a highly visible role where you'll be responsible for driving partner growth, accelerating pipeline performance, and ensuring successful execution across the entire partner lifecycle.
Working closely with HPE, Business Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams, you'll play a key role in translating commercial strategy into measurable business results. This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact, influence business performance, and help shape the future growth of one of our most strategic technology partnerships.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of the HPE Architecture business plan and growth initiatives.
- Drive revenue, margin, pipeline, and partner growth performance across the sales organisation.
- Coach and develop sales teams to maximise opportunity creation and partner engagement.
- Drive execution of marketing campaigns, partner recruitment programmes, and growth initiatives.
- Support strategic partners through business planning, reviews, and go-to-market activity.
- Ensure strong pipeline governance, forecast accuracy, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional partner and customer experiences.
- Build strong relationships with HPE and key stakeholders to drive mutual success.

To Set You Up for Success, We Are Looking for the Following Skills and Experience
- Experience leading sales, business development, or partner-focused teams within the technology sector.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering revenue and profitability growth.
- Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and performance metrics.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Experience working within vendor, channel, distribution, or technology environments.
Candidates must have demonstrable experience working within the Networking business, including a strong understanding of networking technologies, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.
