Role Overview
The job holder is responsible for day to day management of the Regional 3rd party ecommerce businesses such as (but not limited to) Zalando, Amazon, ABY, etc. while operated in a 3P setup. This role ensures that our directly managed businesses are managed properly and receive the support they need to thrive, elevating the presence and market share of the brands in the market.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Creates the account / brand Joint business plan and 3 year growth plans
- Accountable for Profit and Loss results and budget control, securing to hit stated targets for revenue, margin and profitability.
- Responsible for driving and monitoring account Key Performance Indicators (revenue, profitability, sell through, % Full price sales, Weeks coverage, OHI, SLAs for delivering digital content).
- Builds a marketing plan together with the account to maximize opportunities across all marketing channels (Search, Social, Email, etc.) to guarantee business results are met or exceeded.
- Drives seasonal sell in process for all the group brands within the channel.
- Drives orderbook intake and full conversion.
- Ensures the merchandising strategy is aligned with our regional segmentation and is built to drive profitability and engagement matching the consumer profile of each marketplace /account.
- Responsible for keeping balanced and healthy inventory levels by taking timely decisions as well as suggesting commercial actions to maximize channel profitability while mitigating risks
- Own content readiness for all product imagery / product naming / product description required on the different sites to make sure collections can be launched OTIF while maximizing on site results.
- Responsible for implementation of the commercial calendar and communicating results of campaigns with management and brand directors.
- Analyze and report the businesses performance on a weekly basis, identifying new opportunities for growth and improved ways to service clients.

Technical Attributes of Ideal Candidate
- Degree level, preferably in Business, Digital Marketing, or equivalent.
- Proven experience within wholesale organizations (Sales or buying), experience in digital environments desirable.
- Familiarity with the European 3rd party ecommerce ecosystem.
- Demonstrated understanding of budgetary and financial concepts.
- Project management skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English. German is a plus.

Salary: 40,000 - £50,000 per year
